Signed Lease and payment of $1500.00 USD ($1000 USD plus $500 USD security deposit due at booking [$500 USD returned within 30 days of rental per lease contract agreement] as down payment to book & reserve your week.)
Payment #2
$1000.00 - $1500.00 USD (depending on rental week) due 1 month after intial booking.
All Reservations after May 1st must be paid in full.
